Quarterly Pest Control
Every 3 months, a technician walks through your home and assesses your entire living space. We check 25+ areas inside your home, then treat the interior and exterior. This service covers ants (including fire ants), roaches, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, crickets, centipedes, and similar household pests. The entire treatment takes about 30-45 minutes.
Termite Coverage
With Repair
Year-round termite monitoring and protection. If we find termite activity, treatment is included. If termites cause damage while you're covered, repair is included. Most homeowners don't think about termites until it costs them thousands at closing. This makes sure you never have to.
Mosquito Control
(6 Months)
Seasonal treatment that covers your full yard:vegetation, fence lines, under decks, around standing water - in order to successfully target g where mosquitoes tend to rest and breed. This service runs during peak season so your yard is yours again when it matters most.
Spider Control
Targeted treatment in the areas spiders like to set up. We check your closets, garages, eaves, crawl spaces, and undisturbed corners. This service is included in your quarterly visits, not billed as an add-on.

Step 1 — We Inspect Before We Spray
Before anything gets treated, your technician walks through your home checking 25+ common harborage areas including ant trails, entry points, moisture sources, and anywhere pests are likely to nest. You get a treatment plan based on what's happening in your home. We don’t do generic checklists. Noticed something in a specific spot? Tell us. It shapes where we focus.
Step 2 — We Treat Inside and Out. 30-45 Minutes, Not 12.
Interior: baseboards, behind appliances, around plumbing penetrations, under sinks, along interior walls (every area pests actually use). Exterior: foundation, doorframes, window frames, common entry points. Termite monitoring gets checked. Mosquito treatment covers the yard during season. This takes 30-45 minutes. That's 3-4 times longer than the average pest control visit, and it's why it works.
Step 3 — Quarter After Quarter, Your Home Stays Protected
Populations rebuild. Seasons change. New pests show up. Your quarterly visits keep everything under control with re-treatment, reassessment, and adjustments based on what's happening at your property. Termite coverage runs year-round. Mosquito treatment covers peak season. If something comes up between visits, such as more activity, or a new pest, just give us a call or text. We will come back at no extra charge.

How much does this cost?
Our current new-customer rate is $85/month. That includes quarterly pest control with fire ants, termite coverage with repair, 6 months of mosquito control, and spider treatment. This is limited-time pricing.Reach out to lock it in.
What pests are covered?
The quarterly plan covers ants (including fire ants), roaches (American and Oriental), spiders, earwigs, silverfish, millipedes, centipedes, crickets, and similar household pests. German roaches, bed bugs, and wood-destroying insects require separate treatment, but termites are covered under the home defense bundle.
What does the termite coverage include?
Year-round termite monitoring and protection. If termite activity is found, treatment is included. If termites cause damage while you're covered, repair is included.
How long does a visit take?
30-45 minutes depending on your home's size and layout. Interior and exterior treatment, plus a walkthrough of your home takes more time than a foundation-only spray..
What if pests come back between visits?
Call or text. We come back and address it at no extra charge.
Is this safe for my pets?
Yes. Keep pets off treated areas for about 30 minutes while things dry. After that, they're good. Our technicians are careful with gates and will let you know before entering fenced areas.
Can I add other services later?
Yes. Bed bug treatment, rodent control, bat exclusion, crawl space moisture control, and other services can be added as needed. We'll talk through what makes sense for your situation.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for the interior portion of treatment. We need access to treat the areas that matter most. If you can't be there, let us know in advance and we'll work something out.
How are you different from Orkin or Terminix?
We come inside your home and treat where pests actually nest; not just the perimeter. Our visits run 30-45 minutes, which is much longer than most big name pest companies..
