What Happens Before, During, and After Your Service
Before
Once your appointment is set, you’ll get a confirmation and a reminder the day before. You’ll know exactly when we’re coming. If you need to reschedule, just call or text.
During
Someone will need to be home so we can access the interior. Our technician walks through your home, identifies spider activity and prey insect populations, and treats inside and out. Expect 30-45 minutes depending on your home’s size, layout, and the extent of activity. If you want to know what we found and where, we’ll walk you through it.
After
Give treated areas about 30 minutes to dry before letting pets or kids back in. You may notice more spider activity in the first few days, that's normal. Spiders are coming out of hiding and contacting the treatment. If activity continues past a week or two, call or text, and we'll come back and address it.
